TEA is led by our founder and Group CEO, Bulelani Balabala, a nationally recognized entrepreneur and G20 Startup20 taskforce member known as the "Township Entrepreneur Developer."

His on-the-ground experience and national influence ensure our strategy remains authentic, innovative, and aligned with the real needs of the communities we serve. His #GetThingsDone philosophy is embedded in our agency's DNA.
